Instructions: Ensure the circuit is disconnected before operation.Do not operate with live power. 1. Surface Preparation: Clean the wire/cable surface to remove dust, oil, or moisture. Lightly sand the insulation and rust/oxidized areas with 400 grit sandpaper to enhance adhesion. 2. (1) Wear PET or rubber gloves during construction, open the tube, and apply a thin and even coating directly to the repair area. (2) Apply two thin layers (avoid accumulation/dripping), and wait 10-15 minutes between each layer to ensure complete coverage of the joint. (3) Extend the joints on both sides by 10mm to achieve complete insulation. 3. Use the included brush to smooth any uneven areas. 4. Allow to air dry naturally at room temperature (68-77°F/20-25°C) to cure. Avoid contact with water and dust during curing. Please wait 24 hours for complete curing before powering on. Important safety precautions: 1. Never use in live circuits - always disconnect the power before construction. 2. Due to its fluid properties, apply a thin layer to prevent dripping. Wait 15 minutes for initial drying before applying the second layer. 3. Use the included sandpaper to lightly sand the wire insulation to create a textured surface and enhance adhesion. 4.
